Listing Setup
Consulting with you on listing your property on short term rental platforms (includes initial meeting and all follow up consultations)
Photographing your property and uploading photos on the platform
Compiling your listing on short-term rental platforms and writing of advertising copy. This can take a considerable amount of time and continual editing and adjustment of photos, wording and setting your property parameters to ensure your property is showcased in the best possible light.
Attending at your property prior to listing going live to ensure the property is Airbnb ready and stocking all consumables.

Owner supplies all bedding & linen including, sheets, pillowcases, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, doonas, doona covers, coverlets, blankets, towels, hand towels, face washers, beach towels, tea towels, throws etc. Please note the bedding & linen usually requires replacing after 8-12 months.
Meet & Greet Services
You may love being an Airbnb Host, however as life can be unpredictable, on occasion, you may not be able to meet your Guests to hand over the key (if you don’t have a lock box) and would like to use our services to meet and greet your Guests only. We can attend at your property, greet your guests and show them your property and advise of the features and workings of all equipment.
Booking Agent
We can manage your bookings & enquiries only and you, as Owners you manage everything else. Booking enquires can be time consuming and we can guarantee a response rate to all enquires and bookings within 1.5 hours (this may be longer if the enquiry/booking comes from overseas during the night). Fast responses to enquiries and bookings can mean the difference of securing the booking or not.
