Judy
After many years in the corporate & professional sector encompassing roles in Legal (Property Paralegal), Recruitment (Consultant/Manager), Real Estate (Sales) and Fundraising (Campaign Manager), Judy has a wealth of business, professional and customer service knowledge and just general life experience to offer owners an exemplary service to maximise returns on their property and for Guests, to make their stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
Throughout Judy’s career she has gained an innate ability to make things happen and finding solutions to sometimes, impossible problems. Born in Brisbane, Judy’s work life has had her living in some of Australia’s major cities encompassing Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Judy’s family had a holiday home on the Gold Coast for many years, giving her strong ties to the Gold Coast throughout her childhood and adult life. Judy relocated permanently to the Gold Coast in 2008 as this is where her family now calls home and to raise her children.
Belinda
Belinda graduated from Griffith University on the Gold Coast with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in business management. She has over 25 years in customer service-based industries, having started her career in an electrical and technology rental company. She then moved over to a global finance company before starting a family and having 4 children. Born from a desire to have work flexibility, Belinda was able to take over the management of the family business before starting Leisure Eze with Judy .
The Birth of Leisure Eze
After two years of hosting our own Airbnb properties we saw the growing demand for short term accommodation stays as an alternative to traditional accommodation, that also provides a stay with all the comforts of home and an exemplary on hand service from the owners / hosts of the property.
Leisure Eze was born out of our desire to provide a professional hosting, management service for owners where their property is being meticulously cared for, returns maximised, high occupancy achieved and guests have a memorable stay.
We showcase your property in the best possible light and you will often find we have added an extra cushion, throw or ornament here and there to give it that edge that will set it apart from the rest.
We are not about ‘setting and forgetting”. We are continually monitoring the pricing calendar and are in constant consult with our Owners in adjusting pricing relative to supply and demand in the area, to ensure our Owners achieve high occupancy rates & returns on their property.
It is all the little extra’s that we provide for our guests and the attention to their needs that sets us apart. We are all about making our Guests feel special so they have a 5 star experience. We are on hand as much or as little as our guests need.
